Now it’s official: As the sports fashion company Willy Bogner announced last week, founder’s daughter Florinda Bogner is moving into the supervisory board. Her father was pleased in a press release that the 34-year-old has decided to “assume responsibility on the supervisory board”. Together with him, she will in future “represent the tradition of the brand and the interests of the family”. Florinda Bogner studied interior design in the USA and, according to the company, works “successfully as a natural psychologist with dog owners”.
Klaus Volk is new head of supervisory board
According to Handelsblatt, however, she recently completed “an extensive trainee program” in almost all departments of the company. On the Supervisory Board, she assumes the mandate of the Munich lawyer and successor expert Alexander Liegl. Her head of the control committee will be the renowned criminal defence lawyer Klaus Volk, who will replace the recently resigned ex-Linde head Wolfgang Reitzle. The people are bound to the Bogner family and enjoy their full trust, Willy Bogner said.
