The head of Berliner Verkehrsbetriebe (BVG), Sigrid Nikutta, is to be elected to Vossloh’s six-member Supervisory Board at the May AGM. As the company announced on Tuesday, the 50-year-old is scheduled for the office as deputy chairperson. The appointment of a new Vossloh Supervisory Board member is necessary because the former Rail Executive Board member and Chairman of the Executive Committee Volker Kefer resigned a month ago for personal reasons.
Düttmann new head of audit committee
Kefer’s previous deputy, the auditor and former Deloitte managing director Ulrich Harnacke, has taken over his office. Other members of Vossloh’s Supervisory Board include corporate governance professor Anne Christine d’Arcy and former Beiersdorf and Lanxess CFO Bernard Düttmann, who this week was elected new Chairman of the Audit Committee.
