Ingrid Jägering becomes the new CFO of the automotive supplier Leoni. She is to take up her position as CFO by 1 October at the latest. However, an earlier start to work is possible, the company announced. The new CFO comes from the lighting group Osram, where she is currently still responsible for the finances of the Opto Semiconductors semiconductor division. Prior to that, she worked for about four years as Managing Director and CFO of various business units at the large engine manufacturer Man Diesel & Turbo.
At Leoni, Jägering will head Accounting, Treasury, Controlling, Risk Management and Internal Audit. She replaces CEO Aldo Kamper, who took over the finances on an interim basis. After several missed forecasts, the then CFO Karl Gadesmann left the company in March with immediate effect.
